Applying effective Agile practices in ERP projects
Agile, as a way of working, entails fundamental principles which, if properly understood and implemented, guarantee the successful project implementation. But what does mean a project to be successful? The definition is only one - the client has got exactly what he needs, he has got the right solution for his needs or his problem. In implementing an ERP project, this is crucial and Agile gives us the practices and tools to do just that.
We have invited Natalia Futekova from ERP Academy and Stefan Nikolov from ITC Consult to share with us their broad experience in ERP projects.
