The pandemic forced all businesses to readjust - both to their customers and internally organizationally as a way of working. It turned out it was a matter of choice - either you accept the new reality or you drop out! Unfortunately, many businesses and sectors significantly suffered.
Fortunately, there were sectors that were not so seriously affected. It is no secret that the IT industry managed not only to withstand the shake, but also to grow. One of the reasons for this is certainly the accelerated digital reality of all processes.
In the pandemic conditions and remote working, Anakatech almost doubled their employees and by the end of 2020 the number of colleagues in the Bulgarian office is already close to 200. A bold move, that certainly had its moments of uncertainty or hesitation. Welcome to our event where they will share with us some challenges they had.
Yasen Vladimirov
Currently Yasen Vladimirov is Senior Project Manager in Anakatech. He has more than 14 years’ experience in IT companies and more than 7 years in project-oriented roles including leading small to corporate projects, creation of project teams, setup of processes and work environment and many more. He is a goal oriented person with focus on people in the team. He has been mostly part of software organizations which are oriented in gambling, which is a fast paced and extremely dynamic business always looking for best performance. Rest of his time Yasen prefers to spend on a wild camping spot, away from the busy civilization.
