Through presentations and small group activities, real-time feedback, case discussions, interactive exercises, preparation and rehearsal techniques you will gain a broader and deeper understanding of effective communication for positive and productive workplace relationships. The program blends upskilling through mindful communication, emotional intelligence for collaborative work and language for empowerment of self and organizations.
Participants must be advanced in English to participate fully in fast-moving discussions and exercises.
