What is the MultiTraining Program?

The MultiTraining program gives you the opportunity to invest in your future, career and professional experience by learning Agile and Project Management between 6 and 12 months depending on your role, responsibilities and career goals. Тhe trainings are related to Agile processes, effective tools and techniques in Agile environment, leadership and soft skill.

We saw that one-time trainings are not effective in long term. Based on that we created a training program focused on Agile and aligned with the personal needs, the skill level and the individual career development plan. We know that the different roles in the organizations do not require the same knowledge in that matter. We provide you long-term access to our trainings. In this way you will have enough time to plan your attendance, to practice the new knowledge between the trainings, to observe, to better understand and to develop the processes in your company.

With MultiTraining SILVER package from bTalks Agile you receive:

This package is suitable for people without any or with very small experience in the adaptive processes. We give you the opportunity to visit 4 courses introducing the basic terminology and practice. The gained knowledge is useful for actual daily work on projects or job interviews.

• 4 half-day Agile workshops (online or in the bTalks office)
• Opportunity to ask your questions to a certified trainer
• Validity period of 6 months and ability to plan and schedule your attendance by your preference according to the training calendar

With MultiTraining GOLD package from bTalks Agile you receive:

This package is suitable for people who are already part of a team working on projects. The best result can be achieved when all team members attend the trainings. The courses include not only the Agile practices basics, but also specific tools and techniques used in Agile environment. This package is suitable for people who are actively involved in the project management process as project managers, scrum masters, product owners, team leads, business analysts, delivery managers, etc. Here we include not only the basic topics, but also specialized courses based on actual responsibilities, needs and requirements to company business roles. This package will allow you to participate in group online Q&A sessions for discussing real work cases and specific project management challenges.

Terms of Use

Responsibilities of bTalks Agile:

• bTalks Agile obliged to announce the calendar of events for the next 4 months.
• Each topic is set at least 4 times a year.
• In case of impossibility to hold an event live because of epidemiological situation on the announced date, bTalks Agile reserves the right to conduct it online. In this case, each participant decides whether to attend online or to wait for the opportunity to attend the topic live.

Responsibilities of the cardholder:

• The subscription in the program is personal and cannot be assigned.
• The holder must state his / her wish to attend no later than 5 days before the event in order to guarantee his / her place. In case of an application for participation in a shorter period, the participant will be included only if there are vacancies.
